Two different ways to fundraise

Choose one, or use both.

The standard school book

You order inventory, choose your selling price, and keep the difference after your project and printing costs.

  • Best for school shops and events
  • Bulk projects start at 25 copies
  • One design, one delivery location

Personalized family books

Families use your link to create books from their own photos. CrayonBook handles every order and your school earns 20% of eligible product revenue.

  • No inventory or order collection
  • Individual books ship to each family
  • Campaign reporting and payout records
The useful combination: stock the school edition for your event and keep the personalized link available for families who want their own story.

What goes inside

Familiar enough to feel like yours.

We help you turn a mixed folder of source material into a cohesive book instead of simply filtering each photo.

Your school building and favorite spaces

Your mascot in original, school-approved scenes

Local landmarks and community traditions

Staff-approved moments and school activities

A note about children, characters, and permissions.

Schools must have the right to reproduce submitted material. Identifiable children require appropriate permission. Third-party characters, book covers, sports marks, and other protected artwork cannot be included without authorization. Original mascot situations are welcome when your school controls the mascot rights.

Typical format

8.5 × 11 inches, 32 pages, black-and-white coloring interiors, and a full-color custom cover. Most projects need roughly 4 to 6 weeks after approved materials are received.
